A casual game is a video game that is aimed at large, mass-market players, as opposed to a hardcore game, which is aimed at a smaller group of hobbyist gamers. Every style of gameplay and genre can be found in casual games. In comparison to hardcore games, they usually have simpler rules, shorter sessions, and less learned experience.
Throughout the history of video games, countless casual games have been developed and released alongside hardcore games. Many developers and publishers marketed themselves as casual game companies in the 1990s and 2000s, releasing games specifically for personal computers, websites, and, after 2007, smartphones, as a concerted attempt to capitalise on casual games grew in the 1990s and 2000s.
I believe everyone here at least plays casual farming games once before, including “Harvest Moon”, “Slime Rancher” etc. But they are all just normal farming game, have you ever seen any game that farm muscles? Yes indeed, the game does require players to farm muscles inside that dirt and then sell them away for money and coins. A typical “farming” game. I am not sure about its English name, but feel free to look it up it’s called “Grow and sell muscle” by translating from Japanese. Original was “筋肉を育てて売る”. As the game title is, you grow muscles, and you sell them for money.
Normally we thought that “farm” muscles are by training our bodies, but in this game, it’s in the field where we grow vegetables and fruits. There is a special god in the field inside the game, and we need money to contribute and worship the field god. So, we sell muscles to earn money and wait until they are “fully grown muscle” then we sell them away.
Next, we have the most popular anime currently which is “Attack on Titan”. By the way, the manga of Attack on Titan is now finished and go take a look if you have not! Although there are different reviews from the internet, that won’t be the point today because we are here to introduce you “Kyojin evolve party”. Again I am not sure about the English name because there is none.
As you might ask how do we grow those titans? Well… we feed what they eat… you know what I mean.
Titans also have different hobbies and status following by every evolution. But whatever their hobbies are, they always love to eat human… it’s a fact that cannot be change.
We are not over yet! Except for titans, muscles, looks like we got ourselves some pokemon too! But the casual game should remain as casual games, why did you change those pokemon faces into uncle’s faces! The game has such beautiful colour and scenes, but when we saw something familiar yellow and small, right about to shout “Pikachu!”, an uncle face turn around and look at us… The game is called “Ojisan Monster” by the way. Now you might understand why.
Other than capturing Ojisan Monster, players still have a chance to receive a brand new trainer. Including Ash, Misty, and Brock… Not sure why is Misty with those muscles by the way… maybe because of the uncle’s face.
Again, I am sure that everybody here knows the game Uma Musume Pretty Derby from Japan, by the game company Cygames recently and now trending all over Japan. Cygames made mobile games and PC games as the major including animation, manga, music and media. Currently, Uma Musume Pretty Derby is only available in Japan, but the Chinese and Korean version is coming soon! Not for long, I believe there will be an English version as well!
But sadly this is not what I want to discuss, because someone online found a game more special than Uma Musume Pretty Derby, it’s called “His Royal Highness Horse Prince”. If you would like to date a horse boy instead of a horse girl… go for it! Don’t forget to share your experience.
